A major focus for me these days is helping leaders shift from a project mindset to a product mindset in a multi-product environment. At that point, the question is no longer only how individual teams work. It is how the organization funds, steers, and learns across strategic initiatives that cut across products and sometimes beyond the product organization.
This is what we refer to as Product Portfolio Management. A few weeks ago, I joined Dave West and Darrell Fernandes on the Scrum.org Community Podcast to answer questions about agile product portfolio management from a recent webinar.
